Noize Boyz

Rumbling off the speakers of my black stereo speakers in my room and humming through the walls of my brother's room, the alternative hits of a new band with a name that made me thinks of a environmental movement was playing a catchy rock tune.   As with most of knowledge of anything music at the time, I learned through the radio announcer and in my Rolling Stone subscription that this new band was called Green Day.   Enjoying the music and the subtle sexual innuendoes , I was intrigued but when I saw a picture of the lead singer in Rolling Stone, I was hooked.

His mother is from Oklahoma
