This depiction the tragic hero Frodo is from the third part of the Lord of the Rings trilogy and it has had a great following. When I hung the portrait in my home, my young nieces were afraid of it. When I hung Frodo at my work in the Sorbe Gallery, many residants and coworkers were compelled to look at it. To this day, when I aproach residants, the one artwork they think of is "that scared guy."
